Danielle Willis, CPA, MPA
Danielle S. Willis, CPA, MPA is the Vice President of Finance of Grady Health System in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role she provides operational leadership for Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Management, Budgeting, FTE Management, Managed Care Contracting, and Governmental Reimbursement.
Prior to accepting her role at Grady, Danielle served as Chief Financial Officer at LCMC Health Lakeview Hospital in Covington, Louisiana. There, she led financial operations for a 165-bed facility with more than $180 million in total operating revenue.
Danielle has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administrative operations spanning the healthcare, not-for-profit, governmental, and real estate sectors. Her expertise includes healthcare finance, with strengths in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, cash management, long-term strategic planning, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
She was born and raised in New Orleans, LA where she attended Eleanor McMain Secondary School. She is a two-time graduate of Jackson State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting in 2009, and a Master of Professional Accountancy in 2010.
Danielle is committed to continuously educating herself and is passionate about serving the public and her community. She is currently affiliated with the AICPA, Society of Louisiana CPAs, National Association of Black Accountants, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale. She also serves as Chair of the governing board of KIPP New Orleans Schools.
Danielle is a proud mother of one daughter, Brielle Nora. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
