As our teachers progress through the day, the year and their careers, we ensure they have the professional development, training and collaboration time to deliver their best.
- Embedded professional development for teachers, including weekly instructional coaching, observation/debrief cycles, regional school walkthroughs, and observations of “lab site” classrooms
- Daily planning and collaborative time, as well as access to cutting edge technology
- External professional development opportunities with partners like Research for Better Teaching (RBT), The Standards Institute, The Together Group, YouthForce NOLA, National Literacy Institute, and many more!
- BloomBoard pathway for paraprofessionals to earn their Bachelor’s degree
