What it’s Like to Teach and Work at KIPP

Hiring Process

  • Online application

    Visit the job board to find a role that fits your interest and expertise.

  • Initial interview

    The initial interview is conducted over the phone or via our one-way video platform.

  • Final interview

    With possible performance task – In this phase, you’ll talk with school teachers, staff, and/or leaders. You may also participate in an exercise that could be creating one or more sample lesson plans, leading one or more demo lessons, and potentially other activities.

  • Reference Checks

    The team will contact your references.

  • Offer extended & Onboarding

    You will be invited to join the Team and Family and your onboarding begins!
